Registration period with limited spots and reduced prices.

The number of entries in this period is 40 spots for the MountainBike modality and 60 spots for the TrailRun and Experience modalities together. Prices for the current registration period:

• MountainBike Epic 360º: 229 € 189 € per person
• TrailRun Epic 360º: 229 € 189 € per person
• Experience 360º: 199 € 159 € per person

The registration is only considered valid when the data provided has been verified and all the conditions indicated in the regulations have been met.

Cancellations and changes

If the registration is cancelled, 80% of the registration amount can be recovered if the cancellation occurs no later than August 31st; 50% if it’s between September 1st and October 8th, or 10% if it’s between October 9th and November 1st. As for the amount of extra services and accommodation, 80% of the amount will be refunded if the cancellation of these services occurs until October 8th; the amount corresponding to any extra service or accommodation will not be refunded from October 9th. The ferry reservation is subject to Baleària’s cancellation and change policy.

Participants will be able to transfer the registration to another person, as long as they communicate this on October 1st at the latest and subject to the payment of 30 € for management fees. The change of modality will be subject to the payment of a fee of 20 €, plus the price difference that may exist between the price that was paid and the price in force at the time of making the change.
